BRIEFING

• Volunteer Briefing will be held on 17th August 2013, 2pm @ Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre
• Any changes will be notified via e-mail (If any). We will brief you on your tasks by then.

DETAILS

• Volunteers will be assigned to Ticketing, Omatsuri(our very own mini games session), Security dept, or as free runners (assigned to designated teams, ie. media, competition, doujin, or exhibitors).
• The availability of volunteers vacancy in each team is limited so final confirmation of task will be informed on briefing day itself.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• Official email will be sent latest by 29th July for confirmation of volunteers. So pls check ur email~! ;).
• Of course, you too must follow all common Rules & Regulations during the event.
• Volunteers are allowed to cosplay, however do understand that cosplaying can greatly affect you performance and may affect your health.
• You are EXPECTED to show up on time! 8:30AM is not 9:30AM! Show some Japanese spirit!
