Public Rules
- Please show your ticket upon entering the event area.
- Anyone, regardless of whether one is participating in any competition, are allowed to cosplay. However cosplay at your own risk.
- Parking area inside or outside the campus is available. However park at own risk.
- Kindly refrain from conducting any of the following below by all means in the event area as well as within the campus area :
- Bringing along any potentially dangerous materials that could harm anyone or damaging the campus properties
- Partially dressed up/Showing nudity
- Smoking
- Entering the stage without permission or when the stage is not being used for any activities or competition
- Entering any campus areas that are not used for this event without permission
- Performing any violate, abusive or sexual acts, harassment, unnecessary commotions, protests, racist or anything that may upset the people's reputation
- Stealing or damaging any campus facilities or properties or using them without any valid permission from the respective authorities
- Bringing any heavy electronic components (laptops, large audio amplifier, ect), unless reasonable explanation is given.
- Bringing along any wheeled vehicles (Bicycles, scooters, inline skaters, skateboards, ect)
- Selling illegal or pirated items
- Committing any serious crimes that are against the law, such as pickpocketing, raping, ect.
- Damaging any displayed figurines
- To all cosplayers,
- Do take care of your cosplay customs and make-up accessories at all times.
- Every cosplayer must be 70-80% dressed. Showing up with nude/partially clothed are strictly not allowed. Anyone who are below 70% dressed will considered as non-cosplayers.
- Cosplayer changing room for both genders are opened at opposite side of the campus. Entering changing room with different gender is strictly prohibited.
- Do kindly keep this campus clean at all times.
- If you have
- lost your belongings or properties
- lost your child/children
- lost sense of directions
- brought any items that are unsure whether they are potentially dangerous
- encountering any other difficulties or have any other enquires besides above
during the event, please inform any of the committees nearby immediately. Committee will be wearing AMG T-shirt with press tag for easy identification. We will try our best to fulfill your enquires, however we are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury.
