How to Participate
- Download the registration form and fill up the required details. Note that we will not entertain those with incomplete forms.
- Provide a list of items for sale and attach it together with the registration form.
- E-mail the form, booth logo and list of items for sale to [email protected].
- You will receive a reply with instructions regarding method of payment after the registration form and list is sent.
- E-mail the relevant receipt to confirm the payments made.
- After the receipt is sent, an e-mail reply will be sent again to you regarding the choice of the booth location.
- Once you have selected the location, reservation of artist booth will be notified via e-mail.
- Those who are registered will be announced on 5th September 2011 via our official website at www.animangaki.com.
- Please bring your identification card (IC or Student ID) on both event days in order to retrieve your booth.
- The booth keepers will be given a press tag each with free entrance. Note that booth keepers must wear the tags at ALL times throughout their stay in the event.
- The operation hours of the artist booths start as soon as the event begins at 10.00am on both days. However, booth keepers may enter two (2) hours earlier before the event begins to set up their booths.

Terms and Conditions
- Individuals above the age of 13, regardless of nationality, are allowed to register.
- Ensure that you have read and understand the rules and regulations.
- There are a total of 70 booths available on both days situated near stage area. Since only limited booth spaces are available, registration will be done in first come first serve basis.
- The booth will only be reserved once payment is made to AniManGaki.
- Note that the registration payment is non-refundable, even if the reservation of the booth is canceled.
- Items for sale:
- Artist(doujin) booths are for non-commercial items. Hence, there will be no sales on videotapes, model kits, or original manga (comic book) at these booths.
- Strictly no second-hand, violent, socially offensive, and adult materials such as Yaoi, Yuri, Incest and Hentai.
- Booth space:
- There will be two (2) chairs provided for each booth.
- There will be two (2) tables provided for each booth.
- Each booth will only allow maximum two (2) booth keepers only.
- No bulky and heavy electronic devices such as computer or amplifiers are allowed.
- Cosplaying while taking care of the booth is allowed.
- Please do not damage any property e.g. chairs, tables or other facilities provided by Sunway University. Any damage will result in heavy fine or penalty by respective authorities.
- All booth keepers are responsible of their own booth space.
- All booth keepers are responsible in maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the event.
- All booths are automatically eligible to compete for the "Most Summer-themed Flowery" Award!
- Booth keepers may set up the booths in Summer theme.
- AniManGaki crew team will be acting as the judging team to select the winner! Cash prizes will be awarded alongside with some other great stuffs!
- The closing date for registration will be on 1st September 2011. Late registration will not be entertained.
- The AniManGaki committee reserves the right to make any changes to the floor plan or location of booths selected by booth keepers. However, booth keepers will be notified regarding the changes via e-mail.
