• Players are advised to bring their own Arcade Sticks or Dualshock3 but organizers will provide a pair of Dualshock3 if players do not have any in hand.
• All participants need to draw a number to determine your spot on the tournament chart.
• Minimum of 8 players are needed to start the tournament.
• Players are to register themselves to the booth along with their character, only ONE character are allowed per participant. Participants are not allowed to switch characters in the middle of the tournament.
• No slamming/throwing/damaging controllers or Arcade sticks. Warning will be given the first time, while the 2nd time will result in a compensation along with disqualification.
• When the name of participant is being called, no response within 5 minutes will result as a disqualification and no rematch or appeals are allowed. All participants are required to be at the tournament hall 5 minutes before the tournament starts.
• Spectators are NOT ALLOWED to interact or disturb the participants while the tournament is going on. Cheering will be more than accepted.
• Participants themselves are not allowed to do gestures/body-contact teasing while the tournament is going on. Please be professional.
• Vulgarities are not exactly banned but try to refrain yourself from doing so. Please do respect each other as players.
• Participants are allowed a total of 5 minutes to do a test-run to check if buttons/configurations are correct. Please do ask the Committee members if you have any questions/inquiries.
• ALL participants will be briefed on the rules of the tournament before it begins to ensure no confusion for participants, any questions/inquiries please ask Committee members.
• Participants are allowed to join both tournaments(1v1 and 2v2) which will be held each on both days of the event.

• Winners are to leave their details at our booth while we will pass the details to the LA/TFM boss so they can just head to the TFM/LA store to buy their stuffs with the vouchers included.
• If there are not enough players to fill in the necessary Tournament slots, the Committee Members will be able to fill in some slots but if the Committee Members takes the victory of the Tournament, it'll be forfeited and passed down to Second placed winners.
• Any technical issues that happens during match-ups(e.g No battery on controllers, graphical/audio issues, etc) This will be the player's discretion with the higher HP advantage to decide to continue the match or restart, if both can't agree with one another it would be up to us Committee Members to decide.
• While we try our best to cover every possible technical issues/rules, we may still miss out, so our decisions will be final in disputes that are not covered.
