Competition Structure
THEME : SUMMER
- Any submission that is not related to the theme will be automatically disqualified.
- There are no limit to entry submission however only one (1) will be chosen for the winning round.
- There is only one (1) winner for this competition.
Rules and Regulations
General Rules
- The competition is open to all Malaysian citizens, excluding Malaysians that are currently staying overseas.
- The competition is open for individuals/teams (maximum 3 individuals per team).
- Entries submitted to any previous AMV competitions are not eligible.
- The AniManGaki committee reserves the privilege to disqualify any AMV which is deemed to be in conflict with Malaysian laws or with good manners.
- Submitted materials (CDs/DVDs) become the property of AniManGaki and will not be returned.
- By submitting an entry to AniManGaki, the author grants AniManGaki non-revocable permission to exhibit and distribute that work. The author otherwise retains all rights and responsibilities relating to its creation. The retention of all copyrights remains with the original holder of any and all copyrights.

Technical Rules
- Entries must be of the individual/team's original creation.
- Entries containing excessive mature content (e.g. Hentai/Incest) will not be accepted.
- Entries must be at least 1 minute long (excluding credits) but not longer than 5 minutes.
- Entries must consist of video and soundtracks.
- Entries must not contain bumpers/titles/logos/credits or any other forms of identification.
- Footage used must be primarily from an anime or video game source [Anime].
- Multiple video sources are allowed. List all video sources used on the entry form (all used video sources must have a record on Anime News Network encyclopedia).
- Audio should be primarily music, without excessive dialog or narration [Music], except for Parody or Trailer-style AMV.
- List all song(s) or non-song audio sources (e.g. spoken parts) used on the entry form.
- Entries must not use other AMVs as a source.
- No subtitles from fansubs or commercial releases. Subtitles added by the author are allowed.
- Size of submitted file should not exceed 200MB.
- Entries are preferably the best quality possible (not a specific requirement).
